Service interruption via JFFS2 mount memory leak

Memory leak in JFFS2 in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to exhaust memory while mounting a filesystem. When jffs2_scan_eraseblock() returns an error after populating jffs2_summary, jffs2_scan_medium() exits without resetting the collected entries. Triggering the error requires local mount access to JFFS2 media; repeated failures consume kernel memory and can interrupt service.
