Kernel crash via uninitialized OCFS2 quota metadata

Use of uninitialized quota metadata in affected Linux 5.15, 5.16, and 5.17 kernels allows context-dependent attackers to crash the kernel. In ocfs2_local_read_info, ocfs2_qinfo_lock_res_init consumes dqi_gqlock before the associated dqi_type and dqi_sb fields are initialized. Triggering the failure requires a quota-enabled OCFS2 image to be mounted through the local privileged mount path, and the resulting kernel crash interrupts the host.
