System crash via premature RTC feature access

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel branches from 5.12 allows local users to crash the system during PL031 RTC probing. In pl031_probe(), the no-interrupt path clears RTC_FEATURE_ALARM through ldata->rtc before devm_rtc_allocate_device() assigns that pointer. The condition requires a PL031 RTC device with no interrupt line; reaching the probe path dereferences NULL and can stop the host without exposing or modifying data.
