Kernel crash via stale device-mapper queue access

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 5.14 and later affected branches allows local users to crash the kernel during device-mapper teardown. The __dm_destroy path calls blk_cleanup_disk before dm_cleanup_zoned_dev, allowing an RCU callback to free the request queue before the cleanup routine dereferences it. Triggering the flaw requires local access and a zoned device-mapper device; the stale queue access can corrupt kernel memory or interrupt the system.
