User redirection via opener-enabled RefWorks link

Reverse tabnabbing in University of Alberta Library NEOSDiscovery 1.0.70 allows remote attackers to redirect users through a RefWorks link. The app/views/bookmarks/_refworks.html.erb template opens the external export target in a new tab without rel="noopener noreferrer", exposing window.opener to the destination. Exploitation requires a user to click the link and an attacker-controlled destination to replace the original tab with phishing content; it does not directly compromise the server.
