Service interruption via sleep under genpd spinlock

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service when an IRQ-safe generic power domain is removed. genpd_remove calls genpd_debug_remove while holding a spinlock, and the debugfs lookup then attempts a sleeping read-lock operation in atomic context. Triggering requires removal of a power domain marked GENPD_FLAG_IRQ_SAFE; the documented result is an invalid-context kernel bug that can interrupt availability.
