Kernel crash via unregistered crypto algorithm cleanup

A NULL pointer dereference in the OcteonTX2 crypto driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system during driver removal. When CONFIG_DM_CRYPT is enabled, initialization skips crypto-algorithm registration, but otx2_cpt_crypto_exit later unregisters the absent algorithms and dereferences a null pointer. A local low-privilege context, OcteonTX2 CPT hardware, and entry into the driver release path are required; the documented consequence is a kernel crash.
