Local service interruption via incorrect buffer-state return

Improper buffer-state handling in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through a failed stk1160 stream start. The stk1160_start_streaming callback returns queued videobuf2 buffers with VB2_BUF_STATE_ERROR after startup fails, although the framework requires VB2_BUF_STATE_QUEUED. Local access to an stk1160 video device and a stream-start failure are required; the mismatch triggers a vb2_start_streaming kernel warning and disrupts capture.
