System crash via cross-chip VLAN filtering

Out-of-bounds access in Linux DSA 5.2 through 5.17.1 allows local users to crash systems by changing bridge VLAN filtering. Cross-chip notifications make dsa_port_vlan_filtering pass a port number that does not exist on downstream switches into the mv88e6xxx driver, which indexes beyond its port array. Reachability requires a multi-switch DSA topology with mv88e6xxx hardware and authority to remove a bridge port.
