Kernel crash via stale PTP virtual clocks

Denial of service in the Linux kernel PTP subsystem allows local users to crash the kernel by unloading a physical-clock driver. The physical-clock teardown path leaves associated virtual clocks registered, so the auxiliary worker later calls ptp_vclock_read against removed clock state and faults. Triggering the fault requires enabled virtual clocks and authority to unload the provider driver; the reported consequence is a kernel oops and service interruption, not data disclosure or modification.
