Kernel crash via incomplete ASIX USB reads

Uninitialized-value use in the Linux ASIX USB network driver from 4.9 allows attackers to crash the kernel through short USB reads. asix_read_cmd() accepts fewer bytes than its caller requested, leaving callers to consume incompletely initialized response data without handling the short transfer. Reachability requires an ASIX USB network adapter or equivalent emulated device that can return a truncated response; the bounded consequence is loss of system availability.
