Kernel memory-accounting corruption via double uncharge

Double free in the Linux kernel sockmap code allows local users to corrupt socket memory accounting during concurrent socket teardown. tcp_bpf_send_verdict returns sk_msg memory before tcp_bpf_sendmsg_redir calls sk_msg_free again when the associated psock has been freed. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a tcp_bpf_sendmsg race with teardown; the documented consequence is a kernel warning and inconsistent socket accounting.
