Service interruption via double-uncharge in sockmap redirection

A local denial-of-service flaw in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger kernel warnings and service interruption. When tcp_bpf_sendmsg_redir leaves more data, tcp_bpf_send_verdict calls sk_msg_return, loops, and subtracts the remaining msg->sg.size from sk_forward_alloc a second time. Low-privileged local access and use of the BPF sockmap send-redirection path are required; triggering can destabilize socket teardown.
