System crash via Bluetooth H5 NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 5.15, 5.16, and 5.17 allows local users to crash the system through Bluetooth H5 handling. In h5_enqueue, hu->serdev can be NULL, but the driver derives its device address and passes it into runtime power-management code without checking the pointer. The Bluetooth HCI UART H5 path must be reachable; dereferencing the absent serdev object causes a general protection fault and interrupts system availability.
