Kernel crash via transmit-reset queue race

A race in the Linux kernel ibmvnic driver allows local users to crash affected systems during concurrent transmit and reset. During reset, ibmvnic_complete_tx can restart a stopped transmit queue, letting ibmvnic_xmit dereference tx_scrq after the reset path frees or nulls it. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, an active IBM virtual NIC, and precise overlap between queue completion and reset; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
