Local system crash via stale host-bridge reference

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel's PowerPC pseries PCI hot-plug path allows local users to crash affected systems. remove_phb_dynamic() calls device_unregister() before it finishes using phb->io_resource, so the release path can free phb before release_resource() dereferences it. The demonstrated crash requires dynamic PCI host-bridge removal on PowerPC pseries, with slub_debug and page_poison exposing the stale reference.
