Network-interface denial via reordered bcmgenet register access

A register-ordering flaw in the Linux kernel bcmgenet driver allows remote attackers to interrupt network service through packet traffic. The driver uses relaxed MMIO accessors for dependent descriptor and device-register operations, allowing GCC 12 to move reads and writes out of program order. Exposure requires an active Broadcom GENET interface running affected code; triggered systems can suffer transmit-queue timeouts and unreliable packet transmission and reception.
