System crash via unbalanced CPSW runtime-power reference

Availability flaw in the Linux kernel CPSW Ethernet driver 5.15 through 5.17.1 allows local users to crash the system through ethtool. The cpsw_ethtool_begin function treats the positive success return from pm_runtime_get_sync as an error, causing an extra pm_runtime_put that suspends the device before a later access violation. The path requires a TI CPSW device and permission to change interrupt-coalescing settings; successful triggering causes a kernel panic and service interruption.
