Out-of-bounds kernel access via unsigned reset sentinel

An array-index flaw in the Visconti clock driver in Linux 5.17 and 5.17.1 allows local users to access kernel memory out of bounds. The rs_id field stores the no-reset sentinel -1 in an unsigned byte, making the nonnegative check always true before reset-array indexing.
