Kernel crash via missing Cavium RNG physical function

NULL pointer dereference in the Cavium RNG VF driver in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the kernel. When cavium_map_pf_regs() cannot find the corresponding physical-function PCI device, its error path passes &pdev->dev to dev_err() even though pdev is NULL. Triggering the fault requires an affected kernel to probe a Cavium RNG virtual function without its matching physical function; the resulting kernel fault interrupts the host.
