Service interruption via transactional-memory r13 corruption

Register corruption in the PowerPC transactional-memory code in Linux before 5.18 allows local users to interrupt service. In treclaim and trechkpt, an SLB miss after r13 holds a saved user value replaces it with a kernel value that is then written into checkpointed registers. Triggering requires removal of the relevant SLB entry during a tiny instruction window, such as by an SLB-related machine-check event; KVM does not discard that entry.
