Kernel crash via qla2xxx SRB lifetime race

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux qla2xxx driver allows remote attackers on a Fibre Channel fabric to crash the kernel. qla24xx_async_gpsc_sp_done() releases an SRB while qla2x00_async_iocb_timeout() can still pass its freed qpair pointer to qla24xx_async_abort_cmd(). Reachability requires the affected driver and Fibre Channel activity to race the completion and timeout paths; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash.
