Host crash via unchecked guest IRQ index

Denial of service in Linux KVM SVM allows local users to crash the virtualization host via an out-of-range guest IRQ. In svm_update_pi_irte, guest_irq from KVM_IRQFD indexes irq_rt->map after only a warning, without rejecting values at or above nr_rt_entries. Exploitation requires an assigned device and posted-interrupt remapping, and the resulting invalid access can panic or hang the host.
