Kernel crash via RxRPC call-timer use-after-free

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel's RxRPC call timer allows remote attackers to crash the kernel through a call teardown race. Packet-input code can call rxrpc_reduce_call_timer while holding only an RCU read lock, so it can restart a stopped timer after rxrpc_call destruction begins without first acquiring a reference. When an RxRPC endpoint processes a late call-bound packet during teardown, timer dispatch can dereference the freed call and trigger a kernel oops.
