Kernel service interruption via TCP skb tailroom reuse

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to interrupt availability through TCP receive processing. After skb_unclone_keeptruesize() preserves truesize but loses the original skb end offset, TCP can reuse extra tailroom from pskb_expand_head() and violate skb_try_coalesce()'s length invariant. The trigger requires local low-privileged execution with KFENCE active, and the published trace demonstrates a kernel warning rather than code execution or data access.
