Local service interruption via leaked fence references

Reference-count leakage in the Linux kernel AMDGPU command-submission path allows local users to interrupt service through a crafted ioctl. The amdgpu_cs_fence_to_handle_ioctl() default branch returns EINVAL without releasing the dma_fence reference acquired by amdgpu_cs_get_fence(). A low-privilege local user with AMDGPU device access can repeatedly trigger the error path, accumulating kernel references until resource exhaustion interrupts service.
