Kernel crash via unguarded ath11k suspend

Use of an uninitialized resource in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel during system suspend after ath11k board-file failure. The ath11k PCI suspend handler runs after asynchronous QMI initialization fails and dereferences an uninitialized radio pointer without checking ATH11K_FLAG_QMI_FAIL. Local access and a suspend-capable ath11k PCI device whose board-file load has failed are required; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
