Kernel crash via ignored MHI power-up errors

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux ath11k PCI driver allows local users to crash the kernel during module removal. ath11k_mhi_set_state calls mhi_async_power_up, which returns before firmware loading and cannot propagate a missing amss.bin error, leaving teardown to access uninitialized ring state. Reachability requires an ath11k PCI device, absent firmware, and privileged removal of ath11k_pci; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
