Service interruption via runtime PM refcount leak

A runtime power-management reference leak in the Linux NWL DSI bridge allows local users to interrupt service through display-mode errors. The nwl_dsi_bridge_mode_set function calls pm_runtime_get_sync and returns from clock or reset failures without decrementing the runtime PM counter. Local access that reaches those NWL DSI bridge failures leaks usage references, keeps the device active, and can interrupt availability.
