Local service interruption via teardown memory leak

Memory leak in the Linux kernel mpi3mr SCSI driver allows local users to exhaust memory by repeatedly unloading the driver. In mpi3mr_free_op_req_q_segments(), teardown frees a request-queue segment list but clears the reply-queue pointer, causing reply cleanup to skip its allocation. The mpi3mr driver must be present and unloading must be permitted; repeated teardown can deplete kernel memory and interrupt service.
