Host crash via fast-string-copy machine check

Denial of service in the Linux kernel before 5.17.3 allows local users to crash affected x86 hosts by triggering a machine check. On Skylake, Cascade Lake, and Cooper Lake CPUs, REP MOVS consumes an uncorrectable error from the cache line after copy_page's requested region, while normal MCE handling leaves fast string copy enabled for a repeat access. Exploitation requires a suitably placed uncorrected memory error and adjacent page-copy activity; a resulting panic interrupts the entire host.
