Storage interruption via leaked pm8001 request tags

Resource exhaustion in the Linux kernel pm8001 SCSI driver allows local users to interrupt storage through failed driver operations. Five request-building and abort paths allocate tags but omit pm8001_tag_free when command construction or task abortion fails, allowing repeated errors to deplete the finite tag pool.
