Kernel panic via premature IRQ vector release

Driver cleanup error in the Linux kernel hisi_sas v3 hardware driver allows local users to crash the kernel during a failed probe. The hisi_sas_v3_probe error path calls pci_free_irq_vectors while registered devm_request_irq handlers remain attached, causing free_msi_irqs to hit a kernel BUG. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, HiSilicon SAS v3 hardware, and a channel or fatal IRQ request failure; the bounded consequence is a kernel panic and service interruption.
