Service disruption via conntrack garbage-collection event overflow

Resource-management flaw in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service by pressuring a large conntrack table. In net/netfilter/nf_conntrack_core.c, garbage collection waits two minutes and evicts most entries in one worker pass, overflowing collected netlink events. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a system with a large conntrack hash table; the reported consequence is availability loss without confidentiality or integrity impact.
