Kernel memory consumption via probe-path cleanup failures

Memory leaks in the MediaTek MT8192 clock driver in Linux 5.15 allow local users to consume kernel memory during failed device probes. The infra, peri, and apmixed probe functions return after clock-gate or provider-registration errors without freeing their allocated clk_data structures. Low-privileged local access and an MT8192 probe error are required; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
