Kernel crash via unchecked VCHIQ state pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash affected systems through the VCHIQ diagnostic path. vchiq_dump_platform_instances dereferences the state returned by vchiq_get_state without first checking whether that pointer is NULL. A local low-privileged user must reach this path on a system containing the staging VCHIQ driver; the reported consequence is a service-interrupting kernel crash.
