Kernel crash via stale XDP queue pointers

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel sfc network driver allows local users to crash the kernel after changing RX/TX ring sizes. The ring-resize path reallocates sfc RX and TX queues but fails to rebuild efx->xdp_tx_queues, leaving stale pointers that XDP_TX or XDP_REDIRECT later dereferences. The path requires CAP_NET_ADMIN access to a Solarflare interface with an attached XDP program; successful triggering produces a kernel panic and service interruption.
