Kernel memory corruption via oversized IV copy

Out-of-bounds access in affected Linux kernel 5.2 through 5.17 branches allows remote attackers to corrupt kernel memory via TLS records. The decrypt_internal function copies a 16-byte AES-CCM initialization vector from a 12-byte rx.iv allocation, reading beyond that slab and overrunning its destination. Reachability requires an established kTLS socket using TLS 1.3 AES-CCM; crafted peer records can corrupt memory and crash the kernel.
