Local privilege escalation via unlocked RDMA error handling

Race condition in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to corrupt memory or crash the host through RDMA loopback. The rvt_ruc_loopback path calls rvt_error_qp without holding r_lock, allowing concurrent receive-side handling to corrupt shared memory-region state. Exploitation requires local access to an RDMA uverbs device and can disclose or overwrite memory, elevate privileges, or panic the kernel.
