Kernel crash via erroneous OMAP probe success

NULL pointer dereference in the OMAP IOMMU driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel during IOMMU initialization. The driver returns success instead of ERR_PTR(-ENODEV) for an unsupported OMAP IOMMU device, so __iommu_probe_device dereferences a null operations pointer. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an affected OMAP variant; the documented consequence is an availability-only kernel crash.
