Kernel crash via SATA tag array overrun

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux sata_dwc_460ex driver from 4.18 allows local users to crash the kernel through SATA I/O. The completion path indexes dma_pending with internal tag 32 beyond the 32-entry command array, overwriting the adjacent DMA channel pointer; the next transfer passes that null pointer to dmaengine_slave_config. Reachability requires the affected SATA host driver and local I/O that invokes libata error handling or device revalidation, and successful triggering interrupts the host with a kernel oops.
