Kernel crash via retained regulator error pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the ILI9341 DRM panel driver in Linux 5.15 through 5.17.2 allows local users to crash the kernel. The ili9341_dbi_probe function keeps an ERR_PTR result from a failed optional VCC regulator lookup, and later power-on code treats every non-NULL pointer as valid and dereferences it. Reachability requires the ILI9341 panel driver and a failed optional regulator lookup; the bounded consequence is a local kernel crash.
