Local system crash via empty linear packet head

Denial of service in the Linux kernel veth driver allows local users to crash the system by forwarding a crafted decapsulated packet. veth_xmit passes an skb with no linear data to __dev_forward_skb, after which eth_type_trans unconditionally pulls an Ethernet header and triggers a kernel BUG. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a veth device with act_mirred processing the empty-headed packet.
