Guest data disclosure via panic-page reporting

Information disclosure in the Linux kernel allows local users to expose guest-sensitive data to the Hyper-V host during a guest panic. The Hyper-V panic path copies the guest kernel panic message into hv_panic_page and reports that page to the host when sysctl_record_panic_msg is enabled. Exposure is limited to isolated Hyper-V guests that panic while panic-message recording is enabled; the disclosed page can contain guest-sensitive information.
