System crash via unchecked IPv6 interface state

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 5.14 and affected stable branches allows local users to crash the system during IPv6 forwarding. In ip6_forward(), the policy check dereferences idev->cnf.disable_policy without first confirming that the input interface has an associated inet6_dev. The published assessment requires local low-privilege access; a successful trigger causes a kernel panic and service interruption.
