Kernel data disclosure via undersized AFE4404 arrays

Out-of-bounds reads in the Linux AFE4404 IIO driver allow local users to disclose kernel data or interrupt the system via sysfs. The afe4404_read_raw and afe4404_write_raw paths use chan->address to index LED and OFFDAC arrays containing fewer elements than the channel table. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access to an AFE4404 sysfs device and results in adjacent kernel-data disclosure or a host halt.
