Local service interruption via leaked 9P sockets

Resource leak in the 9P transport of affected Linux kernel branches allows local users to interrupt service by exhausting sockets. If p9_trans_fd creation fails after p9_socket_open succeeds, p9_fd_create_tcp and p9_fd_create_unix return without releasing the opened socket. Local low-privileged access and a p9_trans_fd allocation failure are required; repeated triggering consumes socket resources and interrupts availability.
