Kernel disruption via MPTCP close-path lock misuse

Improper locking in Linux kernel MPTCP 5.19.14 through 6.0.11 allows local users to disrupt kernel availability by closing a socket. The __mptcp_close_ssk path holds the fast socket lock while mptcp_close reaches an operation that can sleep in atomic context.
