Local service interruption via strict blanking validation

Input validation in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service through crafted V4L2 DV timing data. The v4l2-dv-timings.c checks compare front-porch, back-porch, and sync fields against overly strict individual bounds when total blanking is placed in one field. A low-privileged local user able to submit V4L2 timing data can reach the faulty validation; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
