Kernel panic via post-completion work_done race

Race condition in the MANA network driver in Linux 5.15 and affected later branches allows attackers to trigger a kernel panic. The completion-queue polling path reads shared cq->work_done after napi_complete_done clears its scheduling bit, allowing a concurrent polling thread to overwrite the value and keep the original thread running past its budget. Reachability requires a MANA adapter and concurrent NAPI activity such as busy polling; successful triggering corrupts kernel memory and interrupts the host.
